I'm the coach behind BuiltByBri Athletics, where I provide strength and conditioning programming built specifically for cheerleaders, tumblers, and athletes who refuse to settle for average.I hold a Master's degree in Exercise Science and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) — the gold standard credential for athletic performance training. I'm also the Tumbling Director of The Academy at South Jersey Storm, a recreational tumbling program, where I work daily with athletes on skill progression and injury prevention.My programming is built on one core mission: keeping athletes strong, resilient, and injury-free so they can perform at their best for as long as possible.
