Your online-programming Journey

At BuiltByBri Athletics, I make your training simple, clear, and tailored to YOU. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

1. Apply & Connect

Fill out a short form to share your goals, training history, and lifestyle. This helps me learn where you’re starting from and how I can help.

2. Kickoff & Onboarding

Once you’re approved, you’ll receive:

  • A welcome packet with everything you need to know.

  • Access to your training app for workouts, progress tracking, and messaging.

  • A strategy call (or email consultation) where we set your first goals.

3. Personalized Programming

Your program is designed for your equipment, schedule, and goals. Each workout includes:

  • Video demonstrations.

  • Coaching notes and cues.

  • Progression built in week by week.

4. Ongoing Support & Check-ins

This is where the coaching magic happens:

  • Weekly or biweekly check-ins to review progress.

  • Form feedback and adjustments to keep you moving forward.

  • Habit + lifestyle guidance (nutrition advice, recovery, mindset).

5. Track & Celebrate Progress

We’ll track strength, performance, and how you feel. I’ll highlight your wins and keep you accountable so you never feel stuck or lost.

6. Level Up & Continue the Journey

As you grow stronger and more confident, we’ll update your goals, refine your program, and make sure training stays fresh, challenging, and fun.

You’ll always know, what to do, how to do it, and have me in your corner every step of the way.
