Hi, I'm Coach Bri — and I believe every athlete deserves coaching that's rooted in science, built on safety, and driven by real passion for the sport.
With over 12 years of tumbling and cheer coaching experience, I'm dedicated to helping athletes and clients unlock their full potential — both in the gym and in life.
I hold the CSCS, the gold standard certification in strength and conditioning, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based training and athlete development.
While I value broad athletic development, my true specialty will always be cheer and tumbling. I've coached athletes at all levels — from recreational cheerleaders to All-Star competitors — and I'm deeply passionate about helping athletes move better, get stronger, and feel confident in their abilities.

The Journey
All-Star Cheer & Recreational Tumbling
I grew up in the sport of All-Star cheer and recreational tumbling — it shaped everything about how I see movement, competition, and what it means to be an athlete.
Early Retirement Due to Injury
I retired from tumbling early because of injury — an experience that gave me a deeper appreciation for proper progressions, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development. That transition shifted my entire focus toward coaching.
Falling in Love with Strength & Conditioning
In college, I discovered how powerful movement science could be for performance and injury prevention. That passion led me to pursue my Master's in Exercise Science and earn the CSCS certification — the gold standard in the field.
Building BuiltByBri Athletics
Today, I blend my cheer and tumbling background with strength and conditioning principles to create programs that are not only effective — but safe, functional, and sustainable. Every athlete I coach gets both the sport IQ and the science behind it.
