About Me

Hi, I’m Brianna Silvera, MS, CSCS— but most people call me Coach Bri. With over 12 years of coaching experience, I’m dedicated to helping athletes and clients unlock their full potential, both in the gym and in life.

I hold my CSCS, the gold standard certification in the strength and conditioning field, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based training and athlete development. I am currently an intern at a Division III college, working alongside the strength and conditioning staff with women’s lacrosse, women’s softball, and American football.

While I value broad athletic development, my true specialty will always be cheer and tumbling. I specialize in tumbling, cheer, and strength training, guiding athletes through proper progressions, developing body awareness, and building skills in a way that prioritizes both performance and long-term growth. Over the years, I’ve coached athletes at all levels; from recreational cheerleaders to All-Star competitors — and I am deeply passionate about helping athletes move better, get stronger, and feel confident in their abilities, both on and off the mat… or field!

My Mission

My goal is simple: to help you reach your full potential — whether that’s mastering a new tumbling skill, getting stronger in the gym, or building lifelong habits that keep you feeling confident and capable.

My Journey as an Athlete & Coach

  • I grew up in the sport of All-Star cheer and recreational tumbling.

  • I retired from tumbling early due to injury, which helped shift my focus to coaching. That transition gave me a deeper appreciation for proper progressions, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.

  • In college, I fell in love with strength and conditioning — learning how powerful movement, science, and proper training could be for performance, injury prevention, and overall health. That passion led me to pursue my Master’s in Exercise Science and certifications in coaching and training.

  • Today, I blend my cheer/tumbling background with strength and conditioning principles to create programs that are not only effective but safe, functional, and sustainable.

Core Values

  • Safety First → Technique and progressions always come before “big skills.” (#DrillsBeforeSkills)

  • Growth Mindset → Training is about consistency, patience, and building confidence over time.

  • Individualization → Every athlete and client is unique, so I design programs that meet you where you are.

  • Strength Inside & Out → Fitness isn’t just physical — it builds resilience, discipline, and self-belief that carry into every area of life.

  • Community & Support → Whether in a gym, clinic, or online, I want every athlete and client to feel supported and empowered on their journey.
