2. Kickoff & Onboarding
Once you’re approved, you’ll receive:
A welcome packet with everything you need to know.
Access to your training app for workouts, progress tracking, and messaging.
A strategy call (or email consultation) where we set your first goals.
3. Personalized Programming
Your program is designed for your equipment, schedule, and goals. Each workout includes:
Video demonstrations.
Coaching notes and cues.
Progression built in week by week.
4. Ongoing Support & Check-ins
This is where the coaching magic happens:
Weekly or biweekly check-ins to review progress.
Form feedback and adjustments to keep you moving forward.
Habit + lifestyle guidance (nutrition, recovery, mindset).
5. Track & Celebrate Progress
We’ll track strength, performance, and how you feel. I’ll highlight your wins and keep you accountable so you never feel stuck or lost.

How is this different from a standard workout plan?
This is a fully personalized coaching experience—not just a workout download. Your program, nutrition, and accountability are all tailored to your needs and adjusted continuously based on your progress and feedback.
What kind of nutrition support is included?
You’ll receive a custom macro plan built around your preferences, goals, and any dietary restrictions. You will also receive my free Nutrition Info Packet. I’ll help you understand how to hit your targets and stay consistent—no extreme diets required. Just advice!
What if I don’t have access to a gym?
No problem! I can design your plan around home workouts, minimal equipment, or whatever setup you have. We’ll make sure the plan works for you, not the other way around. You may need to purchase basic equipment if you want to work from home.
How do I communicate with you outside of check-ins?
You'll have access to my personal phone number for quick questions, updates, or support between calls. You can also message me through the app if you don’t feel comfortable texting me. I’m here to keep you accountable and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
How do the bi-weekly check-ins work?
Every two weeks, we’ll hop on a 30-minute call to assess your progress, adjust your workouts and nutrition, and talk through any challenges or wins. It’s a dedicated time for coaching and support. You will still have access to my number to message me anytime throughout the week though!
Is there a minimum commitment?
I recommend committing to at least 3 months to see meaningful results, but there’s no long-term contract. We’ll discuss what’s best for you during the application process. Signing up for only 1 cycle will likely not show a lot of changes physically, but will benefit you internally.
