Great option for first time tumblers. Working forward/backward rolls handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, bridges, limbers, kickovers, and other level 1 skills.

Have a team that has tumbling of all levels? We can break down your team into skill sets and run Mini-Clinics based on those skill ranges. Mini-Clinics can range from 1-1.5 hrs depending on how many we are looking to add to that day. Minimum of 2 required.

Not interested in having me come out to spot your athletes? I can provide your team with tumbling drills they can work on at practice, at open gym, or in the comfort of their home. This would be paired with a generalized strength and conditioning plan that is suitable for all athletes. This can be done in the style of a clinic or Zoom meeting.
