Your athlete receives a custom-built program based on:
Their sport and position
Age and training experience

Training is designed to progress over time based on the athlete’s season and needs. The goal is long-term development, not short-term burnout.
📅 Commitment & Pricing
$215 per month ($215 due up front, $215 due before 1st of the 2nd month, and the same before the 1st of the 3rd month)
3-month minimum commitment
A minimum commitment allows enough time to:
Establish safe training habits
Build strength progressively
Track measurable improvements
Reduce injury risk
